"Prefect of the Month" a.k.a POM, is an electoral system within the Prefects' Board. Two prefects that exerted outstanding performance, including 100% attendance of internal duties and more than 50% that of external duties, are elected each month among all groups. The aim of this system is to commend the two prefects for their unremitting efforts, as well as to encourage other prefects to do better and aim higher to become a POM and ultimately an Outstanding Prefect.
